二、健全坚持党对检察工作绝对领导制度体系
3.坚持和加强党中央集中统一领导。持续擦亮坚定拥护“两个确立”、坚决做到“两个维护”的鲜明政治底色，切实做到检察工作方向由党指引、检察工作原则由党确定、检察工作决策由党统领。严格落实“第一议题”制度，完善习近平总书记重要指示批示和党中央重大决策部署在检察机关落实机制。严格执行请示报告制度。
4.持续加强党的创新理论武装。学深悟透习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，学思践悟习近平法治思想，健全以学铸魂、以学增智、以学正风、以学促干长效机制。加强理想信念教育和职业道德教育，分级分类开展检察人员政治轮训。
5.完善检察机关党的建设制度机制。坚持以政治建设为统领，增强检察机关各级党组织政治功能和组织功能。做深做实政治素质考察，深化检察系统内巡视和政治督察。完善检察机关党员教育管理、作用发挥机制，推进党建和业务深度融合。加强新时代检察文化建设，培育“忠诚、为民、担当、公正、廉洁”的新时代检察精神，优化检察英模人物选树学习机制，让求真务实、担当实干成为检察人员的鲜明履职特征。
6.健全检察机关意识形态工作机制。全面落实意识形态工作责任制，坚决捍卫意识形态安全。坚持敢于斗争、善于斗争，坚决抵制西方“宪政”、“三权鼎立”、“司法独立”等错误观点。常态化开展检察人员现实思想调查分析，落实谈心谈话制度。
